What we collect

• A random session id, stored in a signed, httpOnly cookie, so you keep your profile, points and block list without an account. This cookie is what lets your Notes survive a browser restart or a reboot.
• Your IP address, kept to enforce abuse limits and to process reports.
• Your language preference and the optional age group, gender and nickname you choose.
• Random chat messages, which are relayed in real time and are not retained after the room closes. A short transcript is kept only when a report is filed, so the operator can review it.
• Notes (쪽지), the conversations you continue after a chat ends. These are stored so you can pick them up later, and they are the only chat content we keep. Note threads are also recorded as metadata in your recent-chat list.
• Community posts and comments you choose to publish, and any feedback you submit.

What we do not collect

• No name, email address or password — there is no account.
• No precise location or contacts.

Retention

• Session records: removed after 90 days of inactivity.
• Notes: up to 90 days after the last message.
• Reports and block records: up to 180 days.
• Reported-chat transcripts: up to 7 days.

Your choices

You can delete any note conversation, block the other person, clear your recent-chat history and unblock users from My page. Clearing your browser cookies removes your session, points, profile and note inbox permanently.
